A photo a day by Alex Moorehead, all the way through the year 2011 All photos in the project will be taken and processed using an iphone.
Day 334
Another photo that I took while walking to work. This was taken at about 5:45am in Seaton town centre and then processed in the iris photo app.
Day 333
Post processed in the noir photo app, this was taken in early in the morning as I was walking into work. More christmas lights had gone up around town, this time with some additions on trees. It was extremely windy today, so weather or not they actually stayed there, i dont know.
Day 332
This is something that I discovered while walking home from work. There was cut down tree stump in the grass that had all of this fungi growing from it. I decided to capture it and process it in the photoforge2 app.
Day 331
This photo was taken looking up at the sky where a single plane vapor trail crosses the blue cloudless void in the sky. The photo was processed in the camerabag app.
Day 328
This photo was taken while on a lunchbreak when I was off to get something to eat. It was processed in the crossprocess app.
Day 327
This photo was taken before sunrise early in the morning in Seaton town centre. The christmas lights were up, so I took 5 photos and stitched them together using the Autostitch app.
Day 326
This photo was taken while I was walking to the first day of my first aid course. Later in the day, I also suffered my first blackout (faint) which felt very weird!
Day 325
This photo was taken at 5:45am this morning as I arrived for work. Road cleaners were busy in the car park preparing it for the grand store opening later in the morning. By 10am all 425 car park spaces were full and the shop was heaving with customers. No apps used to post process the photo.
Day 324
This photo was taken as of one of the bikes in Seaton as the sun was low in the sky. I then processed the photo in the photoforge 2 app, where I adjusted the tones and added a black border.
Day 323
Taken in the kitchen, this is of a heart shaped breadboard, which I then processed in the wordfoto app to give the effect here with the text making up the photo.
Day 322
This photo was taken while walking home from work, where a new pedestrian crossing was lit up brightly at night, surrounded by the darkness. I processed the image in the Camerabag app.
Day 321
This photo was taken whilst I was walking into work in the morning. I liked the way the sunlight was cast across the road onto the wall. I processed the photo in the Iris photo app.
Day 320
45 days (or photos) to go now. After getting home from work, I was fairly tired, so i decided to look up at the lights in the house... again! This is the result, no processing done, the light creating the banding effect across the photo.
Day 319
This photo was taken looking towards the window of my bedroom after I had got up. I had to get some early photos in before I headed off to work so i took this and processed it using the cinema filter of the Camerabag app.
Day 318
This photo was taken as I turned up for work this morning outside the new supermarket I will be working in. Today is the first day of stocking up the store, so there was a hive of activity inside.
Day 317
This is a photo that I took of my alarm clock at 7pm with the clock set to 24 hours, I then processed the image in the Camerabag app.
Day 316
This photo was taken today whilst I was on my travels. I then processed it in an app that I had just downloaded called Decim8, which mixes up images, giving them a unique abstract twist.
Day 315
Only 50 photos to go in this project now! This one was taken in Exeter in the evening, of the Next building as illuminated the dark, rain soaked high street. I then processed it in the noir photo app to convert it to black and white.
Day 314
This is a simple photo that I took of some old televisions in a skip ready to be scrapped. I gave it the effect of being a quick snap, by processing it in the shakeitphoto app.
Day 313
This was a photo I took of a sign outside a church, advertising a book sale. I then decided to make it look a little older by processing it with an 80's filter in the Iris Photo app.
Day 312
I was tired from another early start for work training today, so this photo is of some of the items next to my bed that I took a photo of before I had a quick snooze to feel a bit more refreshed. I processed the photo in the Camerabag app.
Day 311
This photo was taken when I went out for a quick walk at night into the village, where I took a photo of this top sign along the way. I then decided to remove some of the lettering on the sign using the 'Touch Retouch' app.
Day 310
This photo was taken as the sun was setting off to the right of the photo, where I used the Pro HDR app to take the photo. I then processed it in the Iris photo app to give the dark, retro effect.
Day 309
Today was November the 5th. So while I was out on a walk, I cam across this bonfire that was being put together on the beach to be burnt along with a firework display at night. I took it using the Hipstamatic app to give it the square crop.
Day 308
This was a quick photo that I took of one of the fridge magnets. It originally looked really boring and flat, so I used the Camera+ appto spice it up a bit.
Day 307
This photo was taken from Seaton beach as the sun was setting in the November sky using the Pro HDR app.
Day 306
This photo was taken at night looking straight up at a new pair of streetlights in Seaton, Devon. I processed the photo in the camerabag app.
Day 305 (1/11/11)
This is a photo of a decommissioned phonebox that has been converted into a 'telephone exchange' where there are shelves inside with books and veg on them.
