Day 365 (THE END!)

This is the final photo of the project! It has been a year of highs and lows which should lead onto a great 2012. It was taken in the Hipstamatic app and then processed in labelbox app. Now this project is finished, I will focus on new photographic projects both using my iphone for some and also digital and film based cameras.

Day 364

A slightly different image for the penultimate day of my 365 project. This was taken in an empty car park looking across to the isolated lights in the distance that have emerged from the darkness in the last couple of months in the form of a road and petrol station.

Day 363

Taken while in a busy Exeter, this is looking towards the cathedral with shoppers out in their hordes looking for sales bargains as the light fades on one of the last days of 2011. It was processed in the dynamic light app.

Day 362

Taken through the windscreen of a car, while it was bucketing down with rain. It created an abstract scene which I then processed in the dynamic light and plastic bullet apps. Only 3 photos left now, so the last ones are going to be as creative as possible!

Day 361

This photo was taken as I was walking home from taking test photos with my new camera. It was looking over a field by the sea with a moody sky overhead. I processed the photo in the my sketch app to give the sketch effect.

Day 360

Today (boxing day) I decided to buy another compact camera in the sales. It will replace the camera on the right hand side which I bought 2 years ago. There are a load of features on it to get used to, so it will be fun to learn when using it alongside or as alternative to my digital slr camera.

Day 359

This is a Hipstamatic foodie pack photo of christmas dinner that I had shortly after taking it on Christmas day.

Day 358

This photo was taken late afternoon on a quiet christmas eve on Beer beach in East Devon. The border was added to the photo in the Photoforge 2 app. This time next week will be when I take the last photo of this year long project.

Day 357

Today I was looking for last minute gifts while out and about in Exeter. I created this panoramic photo by taking six individual photos and then merging them in the Autostitch app before bringing out some of the dynamic range using the Dynamic Light app.

Day 356

This photo was taken using just the default iphone camera app, while walking through the village of Beer early in the evening.

Day 355

This photo was taken outside the house late in the afternoon as I noticed the sky was a gorgeous pink color. Of course this day marks the shortest day and longest night which is the Winter solstice. I processed the photo in the camerabag app. (only 10 days to go now!!)

Day 354

Something attracted me to take a photo of this sign as I made my way into walk at 5:45 am. It was quiet and the light was illuminating the sign and also a patch of the wall next to it. No apps were used to create the end result.

Day 353

This is a photo I took as I was uploading photos onto my flickr account after a long day at work. I was a bit tired at the time, so this is the only photo I took on the day.

Day 352

This was taken in the middle of Beer, as the light was beginning to fade and christmas lights glowing above the street, a week before the big day. I processed the photo in the Photoforge 2 app.

Day 351

This was a photo I took late in the afternoon on Beer beach in east Devon as the sun was setting off to the west behind the cliffs. The beach was very quiet with it being winter and very cold! I processed the photo in the Iris photo app.

Day 350

Again, today I have taken another photo with the Hipstamatic 'foodie' pack which I love experimenting with. This is one corner of a strawberry type cake that I found in the kitchen. The focus and lack of adds an element of excitement to the photo.

Day 349

Today, i ventured into Exeter for the first time in a while and everything was decorated and lit up at night so I decided to take some photos. I then added a sparkly border effect to the photo in the Photostudio app.

Day 348

Just a quick snap today of the new local supermarket which was then processed in the shakeitphoto app.

Day 347

This is a photo that I took early in the morning while on the way to work, which I then messed around with, to create this effect using a combo of different apps.

Day 346

Today's photo was taken whilst walking home from work, where clouds signifying an impeding storm were approaching. The photo was processed in the Dynamic light and Camerabag apps.

Day 345

Today I had an idea in mind for using the Hipstamatic 'foodie' pack with. So I went to the shop to buy a cheap packet of midget gems which I then put into a plastic bowl. It was then placed next to a window to allow as much light into the photo as possible. All I did then was take the photo. It looks almost as if it was taken in a studio setup, with the clean out of focus white background.

Day 344

Today I spotted some rum truffles in the window of a bakery that I walked past, so I had to buy some of them! This is one of them which i saved for a photo when I got home, using the 'foodie' lens on the hipstamatic app.

Day 343

Was just checking out a two day temporary ice rink today, which to be honest was pretty unimpressive, but it was busy! I took the photo in the hipstamatic app using the new 'foodie' kit which adds blur to some of the image as it is designed for food close up photos.

Day 342

This photo was taken of the table in front of me at a buffet for staff where I work. It was just a quick snap processed in the camerabag app.

Day 341

Taken using the instagram app, this photo was taken of a lit up christmas tree in the home at night.

Day 340

This photo was taken as I was walking home from work, past the painted used bike installation on a roundabout in Seaton, Devon. I then processed it in the WordFoto app to compose the photo of the keywords I wanted to add to the photo.

Day 339

Today was my birthday and also a day where I had to go to work early in the morning. This photo was taken of the empty petrol station as I arrived at work. I then processed it after work in the camerabag app.

Day 338

Post processed in the Iris photo app, this was taken looking down a side street in London, close to Leicester square while heading back to Waterloo station in order to catch my train home.

Day 337

This photo was taken of my fisheye lens for my DSLR camera as I was walking along the greenway, next to the London olympic park. I used the Hipstamatic app to take the photo.

Day 336

This photo was taken a couple of hours after I had arrived in London for a short weekend break. I went to Trafalgar square to take a photo of the norwegian christmas tree that is put up every year. Using the Pro HDR app, I managed to fit in the tree, the fountain and the national portrait gallery into the photo, against the backdrop of a rich blue evening sky.

Day 335 (1/12/11)

The first image of December is an instagrammed photo I took of a street scene early in the morning in Seaton, before I started work today. There wont be another early morning scene tomorrow as I wont be working. It will probably be something from in or around London.

Day 334

Another photo that I took while walking to work. This was taken at about 5:45am in Seaton town centre and then processed in the iris photo app.

Day 333

Post processed in the noir photo app, this was taken in early in the morning as I was walking into work. More christmas lights had gone up around town, this time with some additions on trees. It was extremely windy today, so weather or not they actually stayed there, i dont know.

Day 332

This is something that I discovered while walking home from work. There was  cut down tree stump in the grass that had all of this fungi growing from it. I decided to capture it and process it in the photoforge2 app.

Day 331

This photo was taken looking up at the sky where a single plane vapor trail crosses the blue cloudless void in the sky. The photo was processed in the camerabag app.

Day 330

I took this photo using the instagram app of a potted flower in the house. I cropped it so that the petals radiated from the left outwards.

Day 329

A stray trolley photographed on the iphone and processed in the Simple black and white app.

Day 328

This photo was taken while on a lunchbreak when I was off to get something to eat. It was processed in the crossprocess app.

Day 327

This photo was taken before sunrise early in the morning in Seaton town centre. The christmas lights were up, so I took 5 photos and stitched them together using the Autostitch app.

Day 326

This photo was taken while I was walking to the first day of my first aid course. Later in the day, I also suffered my first blackout (faint) which felt very weird!

Day 325

This photo was taken at 5:45am this morning as I arrived for work. Road cleaners were busy in the car park preparing it for the grand store opening later in the morning. By 10am all 425 car park spaces were full and the shop was heaving with customers. No apps used to post process the photo.

Day 324

This photo was taken as of one of the bikes in Seaton as the sun was low in the sky. I then processed the photo in the photoforge 2 app, where I adjusted the tones and added a black border.

Day 323

Taken in the kitchen, this is of a heart shaped breadboard, which I then processed in the wordfoto app to give the effect here with the text making up the photo.

Day 322

This photo was taken while walking home from work, where a new pedestrian crossing was lit up brightly at night, surrounded by the darkness. I processed the image in the Camerabag app.

Day 321

This photo was taken whilst I was walking into work in the morning. I liked the way the sunlight was cast across the road onto the wall. I processed the photo in the Iris photo app.

Day 320

45 days (or photos) to go now. After getting home from work, I was fairly tired, so i decided to look up at the lights in the house... again! This is the result, no processing done, the light creating the banding effect across the photo.

Day 319

This photo was taken looking towards the window of my bedroom after I had got up. I had to get some early photos in before I headed off to work so i took this and processed it using the cinema filter of the Camerabag app.

Day 318

This photo was taken as I turned up for work this morning outside the new supermarket I will be working in. Today is the first day of stocking up the store, so there was a hive of activity inside.

Day 317

This is a photo that I took of my alarm clock at 7pm with the clock set to 24 hours, I then processed the image in the Camerabag app.

Day 316

This photo was taken today whilst I was on my travels. I then processed it in an app that I had just downloaded called Decim8, which mixes up images, giving them a unique abstract twist.
